Monday

Community Café Monday, 9-11.30am

What better way to start the week than with a cuppa, conversation, and a freshly prepared bacon cob? Everyone is welcome to join us on Monday mornings. It’s a great way to meet people, or just enjoy a bit of breathing space as the week begins. Children are very welcome to come and play, and it’s all free of charge.

Food Club Monday, 1-3pm Food Club (excluding bank holidays)

Food club is a great way to help reduce food waste and get some great quality food at low cost. Each week we receive a delivery of surplus food from our partner, Fareshare, and sell it for a fraction of supermarket prices. We usually have fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen and chilled foods, ready meals, and snacks. Contact us to enquire about becoming a food club member.

Tuesday

Foodbank Tuesday, 2-4pm

Our food bank opens on Tuesday afternoon and is run in partnership with Hope Nottingham as part of the Trussell Trust food bank network. Our team will be there to give you a warm welcome, a cup of tea or coffee and can also signpost you to other sources of help and support if you need it.

After School Tuesdays Tuesday, 2-4pm

Why go home after school when you could drop in for a hot dog, drinks, games and a chance to catch up with friends and neighbours? And it’s all free of charge. Enough said. See you there!

Wednesday

Coffee Morning Wednesday, 10-12am

An oasis of peace, tranquillity and excellent cake in the middle of the week for ages 0 and up. You are very welcome to drop in, and if you have children of any age they are also welcome to come and play.

Wellbeing sessions involve hobbies and activities, based on the

“5 Ways to Wellbeing,” where there is food to share, where we can chat and connect with each other or be quiet, and where there is an optional reflective prayer space for our inner habits of spiritual wellbeing.

Sessions will be hosted by a DBS-checked team with appropriate safeguarding training, and are free of charge.

How can I be a part of this?

We’d love to hear your ideas and maybe you’d like to offer some of your time or other support.

Please feel free to drop in and have a chat with our team. As neighbours come together at these times, we will be encouraging one another to imagine what else we could do together that will grow hope and life in our local community.
